Pasteurization with Mini Data Loggers EBI 11-T210

This set of data loggers, interface and software is great Tool for a customer who needs the temperature recording and determination of the PU value for monitoring the pasteurization.

The miniature data loggers fit into almost any food packaging and can thus record the temperature profile during pasteurization.

Whether the desired PU value has been reached can be determined with a few clicks in the Winlog.pro software.

The data loggers are FCM EN 1935/2004 conform.
